Realistic Constructors has a Safety Program that is constantly enforcing OSHA safety standards. We not only have continuous safety programs for our employee’s, we have weekly safety meetings on our projects with the topic being Strictly Safety. We also require all sub-contractors to provide a weekly safety meeting with their employees with a topics of discussion pertaining to the particular trade. Realistic Constructors approves each project with the mentality of having a “Target Zero” Accident Philosophy. We also perform weekly and monthly safety inspections of every project.
